As part of ongoing academic guidance programs and with the aim of familiarizing students with scientific and university environments, a group of ninth-grade students from Marziyeh Non-Governmental Girls’ School visited the Innovation Center, the Central Laboratory, and the Plastics Workshop of the Mahshahr Campus on Sunday, 26 Bahman 1404. This visit was organized to strengthen students’ scientific motivation, introduce them to university majors, and increase their understanding of the practical applications of science in industry. During the program, experts from various departments introduced the laboratory and workshop facilities and provided explanations about research activities, laboratory procedures, and the applications of polymeric and plastic materials in different industries. The program also emphasized the role of universities in fulfilling their social responsibility and building constructive engagement with schools. Relevant officials described such visits as an effective step in promoting scientific knowledge, acquainting the younger generation with specialized environments, and supporting informed academic and career choices for students. During the visit, the students became closely acquainted with scientific and research environments, raised their questions with specialists, and gained insight into the real-world setting of university activities.
